How much does CultureHQ cost?
Our plans above are priced primarily based around the number of users you want to be able to contribute, either through sharing stories or as an admin. For companies who are smaller and just starting out, we offer additional pricing options. Reach out to ask for a specific quote.
Do you offer pilots?
All of our plans shown above are all based on annual contracts. However, pilots are considered on an as-needed basis. Please fill out the form above and someone from our team will be in touch to help determine which option is best for you.
Does CultureHQ integrate with other software?

Is it possible to import existing videos and content from other tools?
Yes! Through a secure file transfer, we can import all of your videos and content to be uploaded in our system on day 1. So if you have great stories, you won't have to start from scratch! Also, at any point, you can upload photos, videos, etc. from other places.
